Carrie Baker

Sometimes people just need someone to listen

Played by

Emma Noble

Emma is 18 and has been acting for a while now and absolutely  love it. She would definitely say she is more of an extrovert and    often told she's a very energetic and outgoing person.

Who is Carrie Baker?

Carrie Baker doesn’t do subtle.

Confident, outspoken, and fiercely loyal, Carrie brings energy into every room she walks into. She’s quick with a comment, quicker with an opinion, and never afraid to challenge someone if she feels something isn’t right.

In a workplace where politics simmer beneath polite smiles, Carrie cuts through the tension. She trusts her instincts — especially when it comes to the people she cares about — and she refuses to stay quiet just to keep the peace.

But confidence can mask vulnerability.

Carrie navigates shifting friendships, emotional undercurrents, and the reality that not everyone plays fair. Her strength lies in her honesty — even when it makes things uncomfortable.

She doesn’t crave power. She demands respect.

And if you cross a line, she won’t let it slide.

Character Quotes

"Truth isn't kind. It's not gentle. It clears the air - or blows everything up."

"I choose empathy, even when others choose chaos."

"I'm a friend of the Grants, not their therapist - but a little drama never killed anyone... right?."

Getting to know Emma

1. Why did you want become an actor?

I wanted to be an actress as my life got to the point i wanted to be anyone else, acting appealed to me for that reason. Then I nearly died and decided life was too short to not chase my dreams.

2. Given the chance, which actor would you most like to work with?

I’d love the chance to act with Jennifer Lawrence or Meryl Streep because they both seem so kind and inspiring. They’re amazing actresses, and I think it would be such a great experience to learn from them.

3. If you could play any character from a tv series or film who would it be, and why?

I want to play Supergirl because she’s strong and inspiring, but she’s also still figuring out who she is and where she belongs. I like that even though she has powers, what really makes her a hero is her kindness and how much she wants to help people.

4. What director, living or dead, would you most like to work with, and why?

Greta Gerwig is a director who I'd love to work with because she was an actor first. So she  creates a space where you can be completely honest as a         performer without fear and for me, that’s everything.

5. What actor would play you in a movie?

Saoirse Ronan just feels like my kind of person to play me. she comes across as really warm and genuine in every interview, like someone you’d actually want to be friends with. She’s clearly  intelligent but wears it lightly, she’s funny without trying too hard, and there’s just this natural kindness about her that feels really authentic. I feel like we’d just get each other . she seems like someone who’s completely herself whether she’s on a red carpet or just hanging out, and I think that’s something we have in common.
