Ethan Fletcher
I've seen enough to know which way the wind's blowing.

Played by
Lee Ian Moffat
Lee Ian Moffat is a working actor from Edinburgh, Scotland. Self-taught, with five years on the television shows "Outlander" and "River City" being his main source of learning/training.
He draws from his colourful life and learns constantly from the wonderful casts and crews he is lucky to work with and regards himself as "an eternal student". Lee employs a "be like Danny Trejo" attitude when it comes to playing parts: he'll play anything if the role is interesting, the fee is acceptable, and he is just very grateful to be part of something great.
For the last decade, Lee's managed to forge a successful career from his craft, and although acting was never even on the radar as a career choice, he now wouldn't do anything else.
Who is Ethan Fletcher?
Ethan Fletcher is the steady hand at Avalon Models.
Measured, pragmatic, and quietly observant, Ethan believes in structure, accountability, and results. While others clash over legacy and emotion, he focuses on performance. Deadlines. Outcomes. Stability.
He has spent years helping shape the company into what it is — not through grand gestures, but through consistency. Ethan doesn’t need to dominate a room to control it. His authority comes from experience and earned respect.
In a workplace where ambition and family dynamics blur professional lines, Ethan represents something rare: objectivity.
But objectivity has limits.
As pressure builds and loyalties are tested, Ethan finds himself increasingly aware that neutrality is harder to maintain than it seems. He values competence above sentiment — and he is watching closely to see who truly deserves responsibility.
Ethan may not seek power. But he understands exactly how it works.
